What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all physical media. Items must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer digital downloads with vinyl purchases?
Most of our new vinyl releases include a digital download code inside the sleeve. Please check the specific product description for confirmation.
How are records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for media to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition without corner dings.
Can I track my order?
